This 100% OA unit utilizes a sensible wheel in a wringer cycle unit, giving us a LAT of 72F and 45% RH. By using a heat pump coil, we're able to heat the air from 12F to 72F with only a small amount of supplemental electric heat. As the decarbonization trend continues, layouts such as this will be extremely useful.
