This unit includes an enthalpy plate with outside air bypass, an internal face and bypass steam coil, chilled water coil, ECM fan array with N-1 redundancy, and room for a humidifier grid downstream of final filters. Exhaust fans are external to the unit. This unit is very cost effective as most will have to go custom, with larger footprint.
